Refund Policy

All services are billed by the hour for consulting time delivered. Because the deliverable is professional time and expertise, refunds are generally not applicable for hours already worked. If an engagement is cancelled before any work begins, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery Policy

All services are delivered remotely via video call, screen share, or written deliverables including documents, code reviews, and architecture diagrams.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may end an engagement at any time, for any reason, with no notice required. There are no long-term commitments or contracts.

Build Forward LLC collects only the information necessary to deliver services: name, email address, and company name. Payment is processed through a secure third-party processor. Your data is never shared with or sold to third parties.
